I'm proud to be part of the production team for this year's Dia del Nino event at the Latino Cultural Center here in downtown Dallas! We'll have a wide array of art and cultural activities, a petting zoo, dance classes for kids, loteria, a photo booth with fun props, coloring station, reading nook from Semillitas Book Club for Girls, music by DJ Priest, and more! This event is free and family-friendly. RSVP here.
I wanted to express heartfelt thanks to everyone who came out to support our show! If you wanted to see the pieces in person, they will be at CocoAndre in the Bishop Arts District for a little while longer. Definitely pick up some delicious chocolate and a dirty horchata while you're there.
I am proud to announce my first show of the year - TRIPTYCH - alongside two of my best friends, Monica Moody and Iris Candelaria! Join us for an evening of indulgence: art, music, wine, and the best handmade chocolate in Dallas!
We've been wanting to combine forces in this way for ages, so we're all ridiculously excited and have a lot of things up our sleeves for this special show! More details to come.
You can follow along and RSVP here.
This weekend is a busy one! I'm part of three art events on Saturday that I'm really excited about.
Things have been so busy, I completely forgot to share these sweet photos from my last children's art workshop. The giant engineer print of my work from Photojojo worked as a perfect backdrop that the kids could color and write on as well.
Thank you to Dallas creative non-profit Art Love Magic for including me in the fun and making these free workshops accessible to kids of all ages and backgrounds!
